Hilton Head Island

These landscapes have been done on Saturday mornings, in a plain-air setting, done in a few hours (between 2-3 hours usually). As a mother of three, I can only afford to be away for that short amount of time. I choose locations that I have visited, and have felt a connection with. I try to evoke their history holding, colorful, and unique perspectives with each brushstroke and color palette. Some are moody, others are not. Each one made with intention and purpose.
